Masaaki Hatsumi – The Ninja Grandmaster
Masaaki Hatsumi is the 34th Grandmaster on ninjutsu. Hatsumi Sensei inherited the title of sok
e from Toshitsugu Takamatsu, his teacher who was the 33rd grandmaster. Takamatsu Sensei, also known as the Mongolian Tiger, traveled in China doing battle, testing and perfecting his art.
Also a doctor, Masaaki Hatsumi is the head of the Bujinkan, an international organization that carries on the ninja lineage by teaching the nearly 900 year old martial art of ninjutsu.
You should only train with people who have a direct lineage, or line of teachers, to Grandmaster Maasaki Hatsumi. This Hatsumi Ninjutsu is widely considered the only valid lineage for the true ninja. Although, there are some who would dispute certain lines of the nine family lineages.
Having said that, Maasaki Hatsumi is the heart of all true ninja studies today. As the 34th grandmaster of ninjutsu Hatsumi Sensei holds the ninja secrets. It is his direct students who have learned these secrets and can teach you. There are only a handful of his students that have gone on to begin their own schools based on the true ninja lineage.
On December 2, 1931 Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi was born in Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan . He continues to teach in Noda City, Japan.
If you are interested in learning the secrets that Soke has given to his closest students or learning about ninja training I highly suggest you start your ninja online training membership and begin your ninjutsu master’s path!
